At nimodo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
